A brief therapy, « family constellations » was developed in the 1990s by Bert Hellinger, a former German priest and psychotherapist. This systemic approach enables you to take a fresh look at the recurring dynamics in your life.
Through role-playing, you become aware of problems or energy knots which are blocking you enabling you to grasp the dynamics at work, particularly entanglements (when one member of a family seeks to join, replace or unconsciously replay the difficult destiny of another member of the extended family or ancestors). Bringing these issues to light reveals the dark side and brings about a transformation by releasing the energies stored in the unconscious. A movement towards healing the system as a whole is then initiated.
By creating or rediscovering your own place, you influence the quality of relationships of and in your life, which is enhanced and enriched.
