Family Constellations

Family constellation therapy is an approach that brings to light the unconscious dynamics governing our lives. Without always being aware of it, our family history continues to act within us: invisible, sometimes toxic loyalties bind us to those who came before us, and patterns repeat from generation to generation, like threads we struggle to cut.

These repetitions — a professional failure that keeps recurring, difficulty finding love, a persistent feeling of never being in the right place — often have their roots far beyond our own story, in events or wounds experienced by our parents, grandparents, or other members of our lineage.

Family constellation work reveals these hidden dynamics, allowing us to face them and become aware of them. This awareness is the first step toward liberation: it opens the possibility of releasing what does not belong to us, finally finding our rightful place within the family system, and of moving forward with greater lightness toward a more authentic life.
